We have a new treat this year: Complimentary cardiovascular screenings from Wellness Diagnostic First.

Take just a few minutes to participate in this no-cost wellness opportunity and gain valuable insights into your cardiovascular health. Screenings include:

• A carotid ultrasound, which screens for plaque buildup, blockages, inflammation or hardening of the artery walls, and narrowing of the carotid arteries that may increase stroke risk.
• Arterial and venous ultrasounds, which screen for blood clots, plaque deposits, and blockages in the lower extremities.

Get into the spirit by joining in on Staff Council's pumpkin decorating contest and their costume contest! Pumpkins should incorporate both a UHD and a movie theme, and they should arrive at the event pre carved/decorated.
